Today I went to Applebee's with my family for my ”Last Supper” before entering the MTC. My parents, Evan, Dallan and Kay were all able to come see me off, and it was a good experience. The first orientation meeting with my family was fine. I was mostly apathetic and didn't cry. Then it was a rush of papers, shots, people, luggage, and finally, my companion! Hermana Kristy Eastman is from Orem, Utah and a helpful and friendly sister. She's kind and obedient and it seems to me that we will get along fine. Hermana Wilson and Chelson, both from Oregon City, Oregon are our roommates. They are in our district and are going to Honduras, Tegucigalpa (Wilson) and Panama, Panama City (Chelson). They are both friendly and fun to be around. Tonight we met with our district and teachers. There are four companionships of Elders and three male teachers: brother Shadle, Rushing, Roche. It was exciting and fun.
